12.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, lodibet98 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

13.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules.

13.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14.1 lodibet98 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on the lodibet98 Platform at /terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

14.2 For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, lodibet98 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to registered players. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
